Langley Property Lettings is an independent agent
specialising solely in residential letting and property management.
Our aim is to provide an efficient and friendly service to all types
of Landlord whether owning a flat, house or country property. New
Landlords are always welcome and we offer the guidance necessary to
assist in quickly and efficiently finding your first Tenant.
Of equal importance is the need to build successful relationships
with all our Landlords in order that new Tenants can be found in the
future with the minimum of inconvenience.
We are open weekdays Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Saturdays
9.00am to 4.00pm. We are also available in the evenings and Sundays
by prior appointment.
Principal Locations that we currently operate in are the major towns
and villages adjacent to the M11 motorway, stretching from its
junction with the M25 at Epping and extending to Saffron Walden approaching
the end of the motorway near Cambridge. Coverage presently includes
the following towns and the villages surrounding them:-

Our Service is tailored to suit the needs of all Landlords and is
comprehensive ranging from the Tenant Find Service through to Part
Management and Full Management Services.
We take great care over the selection of suitable Tenants for the
properties that are available to let. When receiving instructions
from Landlords we carefully assess their requirements and endeavour
to select Tenants that are as closely matched to these initial instructions
as possible.
Marketing of Your Property is both in the traditional manner, including
selective advertising in the local press and the use of to let boards
when permitted. To embrace a far wider audience on the internet detailed
promotion of each property, including photography, is placed on our
website.
